The Place

The Miami Beach Golf Club occupies 128 in acres and due to remodeling a few years ago at a cost of $10-million has features that would suit a park quite well, especially ponds, and is underused even on busy days.

Any park design should include about 20 acres for an off-leash dog area, separated not by a fence but by landscaping.  The area should include at least one water hole.  Beyond that there are few requirements, except that only native plants should be used throughout the park.
